All Spa appointment will require our guests to come 15 minutes prior to the treatment time in order to process the consultation with our therapist.

On arrival, you will receive a welcome cocktail and a refreshing cold towel.

The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones in the Spa.

We offer special treatment for expectant mothers; our spa therapist will assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time.

When filling the consultation form, kindly advise our spa therapist of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment.

In order to avoid disappointment, we request a reservation in advance.

We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 4 hours notice for changes or cancellations. With fewer than 4 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your treatment price.
