Overlooking the eclectic water garden, “The Pond,” is Dhevatara’s à-la-carte Signature restaurant. Our multi award winning local Executive Chef, Pat Monthy, delights his Guests through a combination of culinary traditions interpreted with ethnic savors from Mediterranean, Asian, and of course Creole flavors. His fusion cuisine is bound together with the perfumes of home grown spices, local herbs, and flowers all handpicked from the in-house spice garden. The restaurant opens from 7.30am to 9.30pm to residents and welcome non residents for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm.
Our Half-Board rate offers a divine 4-course Set Menu including 1 glass of house wine, and tea/coffee/lemongrass infusion.
The Lounge Bar is a tasteful and chilling open air spot where Guests can enjoy a glass of wine from the extensive selection of Dhevatara wine cellar, an exotic cocktail, a romantic dinner or a casual bite for lunch. The Lounge is the perfect conclusion to the day, from an afternoon siesta in the shade on a hammock, to an outdoor movie night, or a comfy drink underneath the stars.
Barefoot, Dhevatara’s own interpretation of beachfront dining, serves simple, tasty fare in an informal atmosphere. Fresh fish and meat platters are served in a relaxed and casual spot. Our guests can put their feet in the sand or sit poolside to get a taste of local barbeque culture.
Barefoot Guests can choose to have their meals in the romantic garden facing the beach or by the pool. In-room dining is available from 7.30am and 9.30pm.
